Dr. Ann White (she/her)

Dr. Ann’s mission is to create a space where her clients can feel deeply seen and understood and build healthy and secure attachments with those they love. She holds a deep passion for providing evidence-based care to couples, individuals, and families.

With training across many levels of psychiatric care, Dr. Ann has experience in helping couples, parents, and families repair challenging relationships. She uses her expertise in empirically driven, evidence-based techniques to support her clients. Dr. Ann specializes in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), which is considered to be one of the gold-standard interventions for couples therapy, as well as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She has additional training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and the Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM). With a background in neuropsychological testing for ADHD and Autism, Dr. Ann is also familiar with the intricacies of life and relationships with a neurodivergent brain. She works hard to provide compassionate psychoeducation—helping folks of all ages understand their brains—and skillful intervention, helping her clients achieve peace and connection.

Dr. Ann received her PsyD from Loma Linda University, with a concentration in bioethics.
