Dr. Sarah is a psychologist who delights in working with children, adolescents, and families. She has dedicated her career to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to youth, young adults, and their families.

With training completed at some of the country’s leading treatment and research programs, including McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School, and UC San Diego’s Eating Disorders Center for Treatment and Research, Dr. Sarah brings a wealth of clinical expertise to her clients. With her extensive training and experience in Exposure-Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Family Based Treatment (FBT), and Modular Approach to Therapy for Children with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, or Conduct Problems (MATCH-ADTC), Dr. Sarah is able to provide evidence-based and effective therapy.

Dr. Sarah particularly delights in helping her clients and their families successfully reduce their symptoms, graduate from therapy, and go off to enjoy their lives. She brings her values of recovery, hope, and play to the therapy space, creating a safe and healing space for all those who work with her.

Dr. Sarah received her PhD from University of Massachusetts Boston.
