Dr. Sarah is a dedicated psychologist who takes great joy in working with children, adolescents, and adults. With a focus on compassionate, evidence-based care, she has helped countless individuals and families navigate the complexities of emotional and behavioral health. Her approach is rooted in some of the most effective, research-backed therapies available, and she brings an exceptional level of expertise to every client.

Dr. Sarah’s clinical training at the McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School and UC San Diego’s Eating Disorders Center for Treatment and Research allows her to offer a comprehensive approach to mental health treatment. She specializes in treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), eating disorders, anxiety, and related challenges. Using proven modalities like Exposure-Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, Family-Based Treatment (FBT) for eating disorders, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for emotional regulation, Dr. Sarah equips children, teens, and adults with the tools they need to overcome their struggles and thrive.

She is also skilled in the Modular Approach to Therapy for Children with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, or Conduct Problems (MATCH-ADTC), making her particularly adept at addressing a wide range of mental health concerns. Dr. Sarah works closely with parents, providing the guidance and support needed to foster a nurturing home environment that promotes lasting healing and recovery.
