  • Once you reach out to us via our contact form, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible. We will schedule a brief phone call with you to get a better sense of what you’re looking for and how we can help. If you’re interested in moving forward, we will put you in contact with the therapist of your preference, or the therapist who will be the best match. You and the therapist will then schedule your intake session.

  • While we do not accept insurance, we have partnered with Mentaya to help our clients save money on therapy and utilize their insurance benefits. Use the tool to the right (or below, if you’re on your mobile browser) to see if you qualify for reimbursement for our services.

    We also provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance company. Depending on your insurance policy, you may be eligible to receive reimbursement for our services. If you are not sure what your out of network benefits are, you can call your insurance company for more information. We also accept FSA/HSA cards.

  • Our sessions range from $195-$350 an hour, depending on the services required and the clinician you are working with.

  • We offer both telehealth and in person sessions for clients throughout the state of California. Our office is located in Cardiff-by-the-Sea, CA. A hybrid of both options is available, as well. We also offer telehealth sessions throughout Colorado and Massachusetts.
